Land Rover North Scottsdale's Courtesy Transportation Policy
Dear Valued Customer,
We are pleased to offer you alternative transportation while your vehicle is in our Service Department.
For your convenience, Land Rover North Scottsdale has made arrangements to provide you with a standard size rental vehicle. Occassionally, we may have a Land Rover brand loaner vehicle available, but this is not a guarantee. Any and all loaned vehicles (referred to as "Courtesy Vehicles") are subject to this policy.
Land Rover North Scottsdale will make this provision for:
- A customer who has reserved a courtesy vehicle while making their Service appointment.
- A customer whose appointment for maintenance or warranty repair is scheduled to take longer than 4 hours.
The customer will be responsible for:
- Replacing all of the fuel used.
- The nominal usage fee of $10.00 per day.
- Returning the vehicle as scheduled/on the day that repairs are completed.
- Rental charge of $75.00 per day if the courtesy vehicle is returned after the designated time.
- Not smoking in the courtesy vehicle. There will be a $59.00 minimum charge for cleaning required in relation to smoking.
- Any traffic or parking tickets received during client's possesion of the courtesy vehicle.
- Repairs of any damage occurring during client's possession of the courtesy vehicle.
Disclosures:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must have and present a valid Driver's License.
- Must have and present proof of insurance.
- Proof of insurance must match the vehicle in for repair and receiving client.
- Only the customer checking out the courtesy vehicle may operate it.
- A Major Credit Card will be used to secure to Loaner vehicle.
- There is a mileage restriction of 75 miles per day.
- Mileage in excess of 75 miles per day will incur a charge of $.40 per mile.
