Courtesy Transportation Policy
Dear Valued Customer,
We are pleased to offer you alternative transportation when your vehicle is in for service.
We have made arrangements to provide you with a standard size rental vehicle. Occasionally, we may have Land Rover or other make loaner vehicles available which would also be subject to this policy. (Both are referred to as “Courtesy Vehicles”)
Land Rover North Scottsdale will make this provision for:
• A customer who has made a service appointment and reserved a courtesy vehicle at that time, and;
• The appointment for any maintenance or warranty repair is scheduled to take longer than 4 hours
• There is a nominal fee of $10.00 per day
The customer will be responsible for:
• Replacing all of the fuel used
• Returning the vehicle on the day that repairs are completed, or when scheduled. The customer will be responsible for a rental charge of $75.00 per day if the courtesy vehicle is returned after the scheduled time.
• Not smoking in the courtesy vehicle. There would be a $59.00 minimum charge for cleaning required in relation to smoking
• Any traffic or parking tickets while the courtesy vehicle is in their possession
• Repairs of any damage done to the courtesy vehicle while in their possession
Disclosures:
• Must be 21 years of Age, have a valid Drivers License, Proof of Insurance and a major credit card to secure a courtesy vehicle
• Only the customer checking out the courtesy vehicle may operate it
• There is a mileage restriction on Land Rover Loaner vehicles of 75 miles per day and a mileage charge of $.40 per mile in excess of that
